Success-based remuneration <\/h2>

We see ourselves as a fair, reliable and trusting partner for our clients. We let ourselves be judged by the success of our advice. That is why our fees are staggered and two-thirds of our fees are success-based. After the client has started the assignment, the first of three instalments will be invoiced. The second instalment is only due when the tested and presented candidates on our short-list are invited for a personal interview. At this time the results of the extensive search process are already available and have been confirmed by the client.
