Thomas Heeger has been working as an Executive Search Consultant since 2009 - first as a partner at a renowned Swiss recruitment consulting firm, and subsequently as a founding partner and managing director at DELTACON; for 3 years, he worked at a global, leading executive search company as the nationwide manager for Switzerland and as the head of life sciences. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions working at a global market leader in the pharmaceutical industry over the course of 17 years, including as Vice President of Strategic Operations & Finance. He also has 7 years\u2019 experience in the automotive supply industry, and 3 years working at a major global player in the consumer goods industry.<\/p>\n
