Performance-based remuneration<\/h2>

You are welcome to measure our success because our fee is staggered, two-thirds of it is success-oriented. At the start of the project when commissioned by our clients, we charge our deposit, which initiates the project. A next installment is only due when we present our clients the audited candidates of the shortlist and invite them to an interview. The shortlist confirms our performance. The final installment only becomes due after the signing of an employment contract by the candidate.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
