Performance-based remuneration<\/h2>

We measure ourselves by success because our fee is staggered and two-thirds success-oriented. After commissioning by our clients, we charge a deposit, which initiates the search. A second installment will only be due when our clients invite the shortlisted audited and presented candidates for an interview, and our performance is confirmed.
