Performance-based remuneration<\/h2>

We measure ourselves by success because our fee is staggered and two-thirds success-oriented. After commissioning by our clients, we charge a deposit, which initiates the search. A second installment will only be due when our clients invite the shortlisted audited and presented candidates for an interview, and our performance is confirmed. The last installment is due after an employment contract is signed. Thus, we offer the \u201cvalue for money\u201d approach. <\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
