Classic ads, whether online or offline, reach a maximum of 20 % of relevant candidates. More than 80 % of all candidates must be actively identified and approached at eye level to inspire them to change. Performance-based remuneration<\/h2>

We measure ourselves by success. After commissioning by our clients, we charge a deposit, which initiates the search. A second installment will only be due when our clients invite the shortlisted audited and presented candidates for an interview, and our performance is confirmed. The last installment is due after an employment contract is signed. Our fee is thus two-thirds success-based.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
