Das Unternehmen gibt ein strategisches Unternehmensziel vor, welches im Anschluss auf die einzelnen Ebenen der Organisation von Abteilungen, Teams und Personen heruntergebrochen wird. Ziele k\u00f6nnen zum Beispiel sein, Marktanteile vom Wettbewerb zu gewinnen oder ganz allgemein Ums\u00e4tze zu steigern. Aus diesem Prim\u00e4rziel ergeben sich dann klare individuelle Ziele f\u00fcr jede Abteilung, deren Performance permanent auch gemessen werden kann. Man formuliert ein qualitatives Ziel (Objective), das f\u00fcr sich selbst steht und zur Handlung auffordert. Ein Objective ist ein richtungsweisendes Ziel mit einer emotionalen und motivierenden Funktion f\u00fcr Teams und Mitarbeiter. An dieses Objective kn\u00fcpft man zwei bis f\u00fcnf quantitative Metriken (Key Results), die eine eindeutige und unmissverst\u00e4ndliche Bewertung zulassen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein sehr guter Test, ob man nun gute und klare OKR formuliert hast, ist die OKR Formel von John Doerr: We will [Objective] as measured by [set of Key Results].<\/p>\n<p>Neu ist dabei, dass hier auch vision\u00e4re und gerne auch abstrakt formulierte Ziele vorgegeben werden. Google hat ganz \u00a0unbescheiden formuliert, \u201edas Wissen der Welt zu organisieren\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Nutzen f\u00fcr die Unternehmen ist, dass die Mitarbeiter und Kollegen beginnen, sich \u00fcber die Auswirkungen und Ziele ihrer Ma\u00dfnahmen Gedanken zu machen, anstatt sich f\u00fcr einen reinen Aktionismus auf die Schulter zu klopfen.
